The Cost:
Your cost for general unit prep / painting / handymen range from $13.20 to $24.50 an hour based on skill level. Carpenters, heating techs plumbing maintenance and lead abatement workers are available for $23.10 to $38.14 per hour. If we provide any materials they are billed to you at cost.

Our Guarantee:
Take a worker. If you are not happy with the person, call us within the first hour to cancel and you will not be billed for that hour. Workers that do not perform repeatedly are terminated.
